This site was created by me, James Minogue for Strange Things DCU. While I'm not exactly an X-Phile, I do find the series thought-provoking, exciting and sometimes downright scary. This site was created mainly under MS Windows using WebEdit, I do know HTML, but it's faster to let someone else do it ;), PaintShop Pro and GIF Construction Kit.
